Biography
Mr. Felber’s practice is focused on domestic and international patent procurement and client counseling related to patenting computer software and hardware technologies, as well as business methods. Mr. Felber also provides licensing services, copyright services and assists in protecting other areas of intellectual property.
Mr. Felber has extensive experience as a computer software engineer and programmer. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Felber held a position at Yale University as a programmer analyst. In addition, Mr. Felber has developed mission critical applications for Yale-New Haven Hospital's Emergency Medical Department, West Haven Connecticut Veterans Affairs Medical Center's Department of Virology, Hospital of Saint Raphael's Department of Care Management and a host of private small business clients.
