Biography
Keith Barkaus counsels clients and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications in a wide variety of technologies. Mr. Barkaus’ practice includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications for electrical, mechanical and computer hardware and software related innovations. Mr. Barkaus also has experience in the preparation of patentability, validity and infringement opinions and in conducting due diligence investigations. Prior to joining Ostrolenk, Mr. Barkaus was an associate at Cooper & Dunham, LLP.
