Biography
Mr. Hurley focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation in cases involving the assertion and defense of IP rights, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation. He represents clients in jury and non-jury lawsuits, and has successfully taken cases through appeal in numerous actions. Mr. Hurley counsels clients in a wide range of industries and technical disciplines, including laser imaging, industrial materials, medical devices, agribusiness, pharmaceuticals and computer hardware and software. He advises clients on a variety of issues related to the acquisition, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Mr. Hurley also counsels clients concerning intellectual property asset management and licensing.
